We hope you had a safe and happy Easter weekend. As promised, we are transitioning to some wonderful Spring dishes with some of the freshest spring ingredients from our favorite local farms. Join us this week to enjoy some good company and great food! Chef Tom has prepared some outstanding dishes that will have you feeling happy and satisfied.
For Starters, begin your meal with our Pecan-Crusted Outer Banks Scallops, fried to a beautiful Golden Brown and served with our house-made Sriracha Aioli.
Featuring our FIRST Blue Sky Farms Salad of the season… with Mixed Baby Lettuces, Lady Edison Country Ham, Shaved Egg Yolks, Asparagus Tips, Radishes, and Chef Tom’s famous Green Goddess Dressing!
If you have yet to try our new Duck Fat Mushrooms, now is the time to try…Wild Mushrooms sauteed in duck fat and finished with shallots and fresh thyme. These are sure to be a wonderful addition to any entree.
From our friends at Locals Seafood, we have NC Swordfish. We will be Grilling these sweet and meaty Swordfish Steaks and serving over an Herb Risotto, finished with a Tomato-Caper Relish and topped with Local Microgreens. You can also enjoy a Cold-water Maine Lobster Tail as an entrée or you can always add it to your favorite steak to make it a Surf & Turf. We also have a limited supply of fresh NC Flounder, Outer Banks Scallops and New Zealand Lamb Chops. With so many options to choose from you’ll have to dine with us more than once this week!
Lastly, we hope you save room for dessert… Southern Style Poundcake with homemade Lemon Buttermilk Ice Cream, Candied Lemon Zest, Pecan Brittle, and finished with Earl Grey Syrup.

As we transition during this phase, seating will be limited due to capacity restrictions, so reservations are strongly recommended.
