As a reminder, we will now be offering Certified Angus Beef Prime Rib on Saturdays ONLY. Our Prime Rib is perfectly seasoned and slow-roasted, served with both Creamy Horseradish and Au Jus.

In the kitchen, Chef Tom and his team are working hard to bring you NEW seasonal dishes that are sure to make your mouth water. Join us this week and taste what we have to offer!

Start your meal with one of your winter favorites, Chef Tom’s famous Baked Pamlico Sound Oysters with Bacon, Collards and Brie.
Next, savor a hot, delicious bowl of our Beef Burgundy Soup made with Certified Angus Beef Prime Rib and topped with a crispy Carolina Gold Rice Fritter.

Remember to enjoy our tasty Bacon Braised Collard Greens as a supplement to your meal…this southern classic is sure to be a wonderful addition to any entree.

Chef Tom is going old-school this week and offering his take on a classic Beef Wellington, with Certified Angus Beef Prime Rib, a Wild Mushroom Duxelle and House-made Puff Pastry.

Certified Angus Beef Wellington

This classic steak house dish features Vinnie’s Certified Angus Beef Prime Rib wrapped in house-made Puff Pastry with a Wild Mushroom Duxelle, served over Sauteed Spinach and plated with Bearnaise Sauce. Yum!
