What’s New At Vinnie’s

We hope that you’ve enjoyed the holiday season and wish you a happy and healthy New Year. Just as a reminder Vinnie’s will be closed Wednesday, January 1st and Thursday, January 2nd. We will reopen for normal business hours on Friday, January 3rd.

As we get ready to bring in the New Year, our kitchen is working hard to bring you the very best flavors of the season. Start your meal with one of your holiday favorites, Chef Tom’s famous Baked Pamlico Sound Oysters with Bacon, Collards and Brie.

Savor a hot, delicious bowl of our Beef Burgundy Soup made with Certified Angus Beef Prime Rib and topped with a crispy Carolina Gold Rice Fritter.

Remember to enjoy our tasty Bacon Braised Collard Greens as a supplement to your meal…this southern classic is sure to be a wonderful addition to any entree.

Our tasty featured entree that’s just perfect for a Cold Winter’s Night, slow-cooked 48-hour Certified Angus Beef Short Ribs served with Baby Bok Choy, Pickled Carrots, Mashed Potatoes and Bordelaise Sauce.

Lastly, we hope you save room for one of Chef Tom’s favorite hoiday desserts…Chocolate Profiteroles with Hazelnut Ice Cream, Frangelico Sauce, Shaved White Chocolate and Toasted Hazelnuts.

Headlining our featured list this week are our heavenly NC Baked Oysters loaded up with Bacon, Collards and Brie and baked until golden-brown delicious.

Chocolate Profiteroles served with homemade Hazelnut Ice Cream sandwiched in between each Profiterole. Then, we drizzle it with a Frangelico Sauce, sprinkle it with Toasted Hazelnuts and finish it with Shaved White Chocolate.
