As July gives way to August, delicious, local NC produce is at it’s peak and Chef Tom and his creative kitchen team are looking forward to providing you with some our best seasonal dishes yet. So gather together with friends for an unforgettable Summer evening out and let Vinnie’s do the cooking!
Start with our Heirloom Tomato Salad with Summer Melons, Cucumber, Radish, Toasted Cornbread Crumble and a House-made Basil Crème Fraîche.
We love being able to get fresh, local vegetables from our NC farmers. Back by popular demand and fresh from the State Farmers’ Market, we will have Fried NC Okra and Southern-Style Butterbeans, perfect to compliment any meal.
This week’s fresh catch is NC Red Snapper from our friends at Locals Seafood. Call or come in to see how Chef Tom will be preparing this yummy fish.
For dessert, just what you’ve all been asking about… our very popular Blueberry Crostata will be here as long as Peaches and Blueberries are in season! Served with homemade Peach Ice Cream and Caramel Sauce, it is the perfect way to end an already perfect meal.

Two of our favorite flavors come together in a delectable Crostata made with NC Blueberries . This delightful dessert is topped with Homemade NC Peach Ice Cream and finished with a Caramel Sunflower.
