Begin your meal with our bright and colorful Heirloom Tomato Salad with Summer Melons, Cucumber, Radish, Toasted Cornbread Crumble and a House-made Basil Crème Fraîche.
We love being able to get fresh, local vegetables from our NC farmers. Back by popular demand and fresh from the State Farmers’ Market, we will have Fried NC Okra and Southern-Style Butterbeans, perfect to compliment any meal.
This week’s coastal catch is NC Red Snapper from our friends at Locals Seafood. Chef Tom will be sautéing this tasty fish and serving it with a Tomato Risotto, Zucchini, and a Sweet Corn Beurre Blanc.
This week is your last chance to cool down with our very popular Blueberry Crostata! Served with homemade Peach Ice Cream and Caramel Sauce, it is the perfect way to end an already perfect meal.
