What’s New At Vinnie’s

Nothing brings people together like great food. Here at Vinnie’s Steak House and Tavern we depend on the highest quality, locally sourced ingredients. Chef Tom works hard to choose the best produce our Local Farmers have to offer, providing our excellent kitchen team the inspiration needed to create some of the best food in the Triangle.

Begin your meal with our bright and colorful Heirloom Tomato Salad embellished with Cantaloupe, Cucumber, Basil, Toasted Cornbread Crumble, and House-made Crème Fraîche.

We love getting fresh, local vegetables from our NC farmers. Back by popular demand, we will have Fried NC Okra and Southern-Style Butterbeans. Don’t miss out on these seasonal favorites! We also have our Duck Fat Mushrooms, sauteed in Duck Fat and finished with Dry Sherry, Fresh Thyme and Shallots.

Tonight from our friends at Locals Seafood, we will have NC Swordfish served over a bed of Carolina Gold Risotto and topped with a Tomato-Caper Relish. You can always enjoy a Cold-water Maine Lobster Tail as an entrée, or you can add it to your favorite steak to make it a Surf & Turf. We will also have a limited supply of New Zealand Lamb Chops and Outer Banks Scallops. With so many options to choose from, you’ll have to dine with us more than once this week!

Make sure to save room for dessert! Our very popular Blueberry Crostata will be here as long as Peaches and Blueberries are in season! Served with homemade Peach Ice Cream and Caramel Sauce, it is the perfect way to end an already perfect meal.
