What’s New At Vinnie’s…
May is a time for warm sunny days and mild, breezy evenings. It is also a great time to enjoy outdoor dining on our covered patio. While you’re here you can make some timeless memories and explore some of the tantalizing Spring delicacies that Chef Tom has prepared for you.
This week’s Blue Sky Farms Salad featuring a variety of Mix of Baby Lettuces, tossed in a White Balsamic Vinaigrette and topped with fresh local Strawberries, Toasted Cornbread Crumble, Housemade Farm Cheese, Thinly Sliced Radish, and topped with Blackened NC Shrimp.
From our friends at Locals Seafood, we’ll have more fresh NC Softshell Crabs. These tasty morsels will be served simply, Beer-Battered and Fried Crispy with a Charred Ramp Tartar Sauce. Don’t miss out on such a delicious treat!
If you have yet to try our NEW Duck Fat Mushrooms, now is the time…Wild Mushrooms sautéed in duck fat, finished with shallots and fresh thyme. These are sure to be a wonderful addition to any entrée.
Returning tomorrow, we will be offering Heritage Farms 16oz Bone-In Pork Chops. You can also enjoy a Cold-water Maine Lobster Tail as an entrée or you can always add it to your favorite steak to make it a Surf & Turf. We also have a limited supply of fresh NC Flounder, and Outer Banks Scallops. With so many options to choose from you’ll have to dine with us more than once this week!

As we transition during this phase, seating will be limited due to capacity restrictions, so reservations are strongly recommended.
