What’s New At Vinnie’s

This week we are paying tribute to our favorite season, Spring.
Spring is all about lush greens, vegetables flourishing, and flowers blooming to reveal their sweet scent. Join us and enjoy all the Spring bounty that we have to offer.
This week start your meal with our Fresh Blue Sky Farms Salad featuring a Mix of Baby Lettuces, Lady Edison Country Ham, Shaved Egg Yolks, Asparagus Tips, Radishes, and Chef Tom’s famous Green Goddess Dressing! We will be offering a NEW version later this week so call or come in to see how Chef Tom will be preparing this refreshing salad.

Tomorrow from our friends at Locals Seafood, we’ll have more fresh NC Softshell Crabs. These tasty morsels will be served simply, Beer-Battered and Fried Crispy with a Charred Ramp Tartar Sauce. Don’t miss out on such a delicious treat!

If you have yet to try our NEW Duck Fat Mushrooms, now is the time…Wild Mushrooms sautéed in duck fat, finished with shallots and fresh thyme. These are sure to be a wonderful addition to any entrée.

You can also enjoy a Cold-water Maine Lobster Tail as an entrée or you can always add it to your favorite steak to make it a Surf & Turf. We also have a limited supply of fresh NC Flounder, Outer Banks Scallops and New Zealand Lamb Chops. With so many options to choose from you’ll have to dine with us more than once this week!

It’s your LAST CHANCE to try our Southern Style Pound Cake… Later this week we will be featuring a NEW Seasonally Inspired Dessert, our NC Pecan Tart with homemade Mint Julep Ice Cream.
