March has arrived and with it Winter weather determined to have its last hurrah. The good news is that Vinnie’s has you covered. Join us this week to warm up with some NEW dishes from Chef Tom and our excellent kitchen team.
To start, enjoy with our NC Clams Casino with Spinach, Bacon, Red Pepper, Parmesan and Panko.
Warm up with Chef Tom’s Butternut Squash Bisque topped with Crispy Trumpet Mushrooms, Smoked Sour Cream and Scallions.
To start the week off, from our friends at Locals Seafood, we are serving Grilled NC Swordfish with Green Rice and a Roasted Red Pepper-Pecan Pesto.
If you’re not in the mood for seafood, this weekend we’ll have NC Bison Flank Steak…back by popular demand.
In the Tavern, try our NEW featured Burger that is sure to make your mouth water. This week enjoy a Patty Melt with Caramelized Onions, Russian Dressing, Swiss, Cheddar and Bacon, all on Seeded Rye.
End your meal with one of our favorite desserts, Cinnamon Churros with homemade Chocolate Ice Cream and topped with Tequila-Lime Caramel, Toasted Pepitas, and Candied Lime Zest.
