We have made it to August and things are really starting to heat up. Local produce is flourishing, providing Chef Tom with loads of yummy ingredients to work with. Join us this week for some incredible Summer features sure to satisfy.
Start your meal with our Local Heirloom Tomato Salad embellished with fresh Cantaloupe, Cucumber, Microgreens, Toasted Cornbread Crumble, and a House-made Basil Crème Fraîche.
Featuring our NEW Appetizer NC Tuna Carpaccio… garnished with Toasted Cashews, Charred Corn, Pickled Shishito Peppers, Radish, Cherry Tomatoes, and finished with Sriracha Aioli.
We love being able to get fresh, local vegetables from our NC farmers. Back by popular demand, we will have Fried NC Okra and Southern-Style Butterbeans. Don’t miss out on these seasonal favorites!
Starting TOMORROW from our friends at Locals Seafood, we will have Grilled NC Swordfish served over a Butter Bean Succotash with fresh Corn. You can also enjoy a Cold-water Maine Lobster Tail as an entrée, or you can always add it to your favorite steak to make it a Surf & Turf. We also have a limited supply of fresh NC Flounder, Heritage Farm’s Bone-in Pork Chops, and New Zealand Rack of Lamb. With so many options to choose from you’ll have to dine with us more than once this week!
Make sure to save room for dessert! Our very popular Blueberry Crostata will be here as long as Peaches and Blueberries are in season! Served with homemade Peach Ice Cream and Caramel Sauce, it is the perfect way to end an already perfect meal.
Per the Governor’s announcement, we will be lifting the mask requirement for guests within our restaurant. If you do not feel comfortable not wearing a mask, please feel free to continue to do so.
