What’s New At Vinnie’s

You can breathe easy knowing that it finally feels like Fall! We are delighted that Chef Tom will be working with some great local ingredients to create your favorite seasonal dishes. You’re invited to join us for a great meal, fine wine, and an unforgettable dining experience at Vinnie’s Steak House & Tavern.

Begin your meal with our Blue Sky Farm Salad. Mixed Greens tossed in a Rice-Wine Vinaigrette and topped with Honey-Sesame Bacon, Boiled Eggs, Pickled Carrots, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumbers, and Radish.

Try our Green Been Stir-fry, made with our Ginger-Soy Sauce, Garlic, Red Peppers, and Toasted Sesame Seeds. It’s the perfect addition to any meal.

FEATURING our New Zealand Rack Chops, Chef Tom will be serving these two Double Lamb Chops with Garlic Herbed Mashed Potatoes, Sauteed Spinach, and finished with a Tomato-Caper Relish.

New Zealand Rack of Lamb

Our savory New Zealand Lamb Chops are served with Garlic Herbed Mashed Potatoes, Fresh Sauteed Spinach, and finished with a Tomato-Caper Relish.

NC Swordfish

Delicious Grilled NC Swordfish served over a bed of Silver Queen Corn Risotto, garnished with a Pecan Romesco Sauce, and topped with Microgreens.

Blue Sky Farms Salad

This week’s featured salad showcases Heritage Farms Honey-Sesame Bacon, Eggs, Pickled Carrots, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumbers, and Radish.

NC Fuji Apple Fritters

It wouldn’t be Fall without Chef Tom’s warm NC Fuji Apple Fritters served with house-made Cinnamon Ice Cream and finished with a Hard Cider Caramel, it’s the sweetest way to end a great meal.

From our friends at Locals Seafood, we have Grilled NC Swordfish served over Silver Queen Corn Risotto and garnished with a robust Pecan Romesco sauce then topped with Microgreens. You can also enjoy a Cold-water Maine Lobster Tail as an entrée, or you can always add it to your favorite steak to make it a Surf & Turf. We also have a limited supply of NC Flounder available. With so many options to choose from, you’ll have to dine with us more than once this week!

With apple season in full swing, Chef Tom has brought back our NC Fuji Apple Fritters served with house-made Cinnamon Ice Cream and finished with a Hard Cider Caramel Sauce. You’ll want to try these before they’re all gone!
