Start your meal with one of our holiday favorites, Chef Tom’s famous Baked Pamlico Sound Oysters with Bacon, Collards and Brie.
Chilly nights call for hot soup…this week we have our Butternut Squash Bisque topped with Crispy Oyster Mushrooms, Scallions, and a House-Smoked Sour Cream.

It wouldn’t be the holidays in the south without our tasty Collard Greens…this southern classic is sure to be a wonderful addition to any entree.

This week’s featured entree is perfect for a Cold Winter’s Night, Braised Certified Angus Beef Short Ribs served over Herb Risotto, Braising Jus, and topped with Pea Shoots.
