We hope summer is going well for everyone, despite the heat and humidity. For those of you that haven’t evacuated for the coast, we’ve got some delicious features for you to try. This week from the kitchen, Chef Tom is serving Fried Green Tomatoes with a White Cheddar Pimento Cheese and an Avocado Emulsion. In addition, we are featuring some amazing produce from our new friends at the Raleigh City Farm in Downtown Raleigh in a beautiful salad with Baby Lettuces, Sungold Tomatoes, Radishes, Candied Pecans, Roquefort Cheese and a Pickled Beet Vinaigrette. From our friends at Locals Seafood we will have the freshest NC seafood available, including Grilled NC Grouper with a Corn and Butterbean Succotash. And last but not least, our featured dessert is like Summer on a plate… Blueberry Crostata with Homemade Peach Ice Cream.
