NC Smoked Tuna Salad
This is one of Chef Tom’s favorite summer dishes. NC Smoked Tuna Salad with Charred Corn, Sungold Tomatoes, Fried Okra, Radishes, Boiled Egg, and Baby Lettuces tossed in a White Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Two of our favorite flavors come together in a delectable Crostata made featuring NC Blueberries. This delectable dessert is topped with homemade Peach Ice Cream and finished with a Caramel Sunflower.
