NC Smoked Tuna Salad
This is one of Chef Tom’s favorite summer dishes. NC Smoked Tuna Salad with Charred Corn, Sungold Tomatoes, Fried Okra, Radishes, Boiled Egg, and Baby Lettuces tossed in a White Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Sautéed NC Snapper with a summer stuffed Pepper consisting of NC Shrimp, Corn, Zucchini, Eggplant, Tomatoes, House Farm Cheese, and Basil, all served over a bed of sautéed Spinach and finished with a Basil Aioli.
