Autumn, Fall, whatever you call it, it’s almost here! The weather is cooling off, school is back in session, and everyone’s itching to grab their favorite sweaters. But in the meantime, Vinnie’s is focusing on this seasonal change and the great food it produces. You still have some time to celebrate the last bites of summer, and we’d love if you would join us.
This week in the kitchen, Chef Tom starts your meal with Fried Pamlico Sound Oysters with Creamed Corn and Leeks and finished with a Sriracha Aioli.
Our Raleigh City Farm Salad features the best of late summer produce, including Grilled NC Peaches, Pickled Peppers, Shaved Cucumbers, Cherry Tomatoes, Mixed Baby Lettuces and an Herb Garden Vinaigrette.
Come in this week to try our latest Fresh Catch from our friends at Locals Seafood.
For dessert Chef Tom will be offering Fried Peach Pies with Crème Anglaise and Caramel Sauces. You will definitely want to try these before Peach season comes to an end!
This week and every week come by for our amazing Weekly Features!
