In the kitchen this week, Chef Tom has some amazing late summer features for you. Start your meal off with Fried Pamlico Sound Oysters with Creamed Corn and Leeks and a Sriracha Aioli.
Our Raleigh City Farm Salad features the best of late summer produce, including Grilled NC Peaches, Pickled Peppers, Shaved Cucumbers, Cherry Tomatoes, Mixed Baby Lettuces with House-made Farm Cheese and an Herb Garden Vinaigrette.
Coming TOMORROW from our friends at Locals Seafood, we’ll have Fresh NC Softshell Crabs. We are serving them simply, Beer-Battered and Fried Crispy with a Preserved Lemon Aioli. Have one to start your meal, or double up for a dinner portion.
For dessert, Chef Tom is maxing out Peach season by offering Fried Peach Pies with Crème Anglaise and Caramel Sauces. You will definitely want to try these before Peach season comes to an end!
