We have finally made it to October, which means this is the month that Vinnie’s turns 30! It’s been a remarkable journey and we couldn’t have done it without you. Vinnie’s would like to invite you to join us for a week-long celebration of serving up welcoming smiles, delicious food, and unforgettable experiences. The celebration will be the entire 3rd week of October, Tuesday, October 17th through Saturday, October 21st. Make plans to join us that week for special gifts and drawings for some great prizes as we show our appreciation for those who have helped us reach this milestone, our guests.
Vinnie’s is also excited to announce our upcoming Meet the Maker event. On Thursday, November 16th, we will be hosting one of our favorites, Reynold’s Family Winery. Vinnie’s welcomes Steve Reynolds, owner of Reynolds Family Winery in Napa, CA, for a wonderful evening featuring beautifully handcrafted wines from Napa Valley paired with Chef Tom’s delicious dishes. Come experience this unique opportunity to ‘Meet the Maker’ yourself! Mark your calendars for Thursday, November 16th!
With Fall comes some of your favorite dishes at Vinnie’s. Chef Tom is in the kitchen this week working with some great local ingredients. Start your meal with Steamed NC Clams with house-made Chorizo, Cherry Tomatoes, Arugula and Linguini.
We also have one of your favorite soups, Butternut Squash Bisque with Crispy Oyster Mushrooms, Smoked Sour Cream and Scallions.
From our friends at Locals Seafood, we will have NC Black Sea Bass served with an Autumn Bean Salad and Root Vegetable Puree .
And finally, it wouldn’t be Fall without pumpkins, so Chef Tom will be featuring our famous Pumpkin Cheesecake with a Ginger-Snap Crust, Cinnamon Crème Anglaise and Toasted Pecans.
