This cause is close to our hearts because it celebrates the memory of two special people that were a part of the Vinnie’s family. This week at Vinnie’s, we’re featuring dishes that proudly represent the best of the season. We have brought back one of your favorites, Smoked Sunburst Trout “Dip” with House Pickle Relish and Toasted Baguettes.
Chef Tom’s featured soup this week is a Creamy Chestnut Soup topped with crispy Johnston Co. Prosciutto and Scallions. This amazing soup is sure to help you warm up on a chilly night with its delicately sweet, nutty flavors complimented with savory and salty.
For your main dish consider our Seared Joyce Farms Duck Breast with Butternut Squash Risotto, Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Hazelnut Jus. You are also welcome to treat yourself to an extra helping of our Roasted Brussels Sprouts or add as a side to any entrée.
