It’s finally here! It’s time for our greatly anticipated dinner and auction with Get Stuff Done 4 Kids! This Thursday, May 3rd, we will be hosting a Fund Raising Event featuring a special 5-Course Dinner with Wine Pairings. Come experience this unique opportunity to support a great cause while enjoying some wonderful wines and Chef Tom’s delicious dishes. Only a few seats remain, so don’t miss your opportunity to be a part of this amazing event!
In the meantime, Chef Tom and our talented kitchen crew are busy in the kitchen creating some incredible features for you.
Begin your meal with a bowl of steamed NC Clams with Bacon, Tomatoes, Spinach, Garlic, Linguini and Parmesan.
Our Raleigh City Farm Salad is a delightful mix of Local Strawberries, House made Farm Cheese, Pickled Red Onions, Easter Egg Radishes, Toasted Cornbread and Mixed Baby Lettuces tossed with a White Balsamic Vinaigrette.
From our friends at Locals Seafood, we’ll have freshly caught NC Cobia. Chef Tom will be grilling this hearty fish and serving it with some other robust spring flavors like Asparagus, Green Garlic Hash and a Smoked Pepper Beurre Blanc.
Leaving room for dessert has never been more of a priority! Our newest Spring dessert will soon be your new favorite…Coconut Tart served with homemade Coconut-Rum Ice Cream and Pineapple Curd.
Grilled NC Cobia served over Green Garlic Hash and Asparagus, finished with a Smoked Pepper Beurre Blanc.
