Can you believe it, we are already half way through June and only a couple of weeks away from July! As a reminder, Vinnie’s will be closed the entire week of July 4th, Tuesday, July 3rd through Saturday, July 7th to give our staff some much needed R&R and to spruce things up a little at Vinnie’s. We will reopen at normal business hours on Tuesday, July 10th. We hope you have a safe and happy holiday, but we hope to see you at Vinnie’s before the break!
This week we’ll have some incredible seasonal features to tantalize your taste buds. Start your meal with our Raleigh City Farm Salad including Baby Mixed Lettuces with Blackened NC Shrimp, Local Watermelon, Feta Cheese, Toasted Cornbread Crumbles, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Radishes and a White Balsamic Vinaigrette.
From our friends at Locals Seafood, we have freshly caught NC Red Drum, pan-fried and served with Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes, Savoy Cabbage, Fantasia Corn and a Preserved Lemon Aioli.
If the heat is starting to get to you, cool off with this week’s featured dessert- Pecan Tart served with house made Mint Julep Ice Cream, made with Mint from Chef Tom’s own herb garden.

This week’s Raleigh City Farm is keeping it fresh, featuring Mixed Baby Lettuces tossed in a White Balsamic Vinaigrette topped with Blackened NC Shrimp, Local Watermelon, Feta Cheese, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Radishes and Toasted Cornbread Crumbles.

NC Red Drum freshly caught off the coast, pan-fried and served over Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes, Savoy Cabbage, Fantasia Corn and finished with a Preserved Lemon Aioli. Yum!
