Our Raleigh City Farm Salad features all sorts of summertime goodies from our friends at the Raleigh City Farm, including Mixed Baby Lettuces with Johnston Co. Prosciutto, Cantaloupe, Pickled Peppers, Cucumber, Cherry Tomatoes and a Chive-Buttermilk Dressing.
Back by popular demand and fresh from the State Farmers’ Market, we will have Fried NC Okra and Southern-Style Butterbeans, perfect to compliment any meal.
From our friends at Locals Seafood, we will have NC Swordfish served with a Marconi Pepper, stuffed with Carolina Gold Rice, Silver Queen Corn and Japanese Eggplant and finished with a Silver Queen Corn Cream.
And for dessert, our popular Blueberry Crostata will be here as long as peaches and blueberries are in season! Served with homemade Peach Ice Cream and Caramel Sauce, it is the perfect way to end an already perfect meal.
