From our friends at Locals Seafood, we have NC Red Drum served with Roasted Turnips, Portabella Mushrooms, Sautéed Kale, and finished with a Preserved Lemon Aioli. Later this week we’ll be getting in NC Swordfish. Call or come by to see how Chef Tom will be preparing this tasty, meaty fish.
