This cause is close to our hearts because it celebrates the memory of two special people that were a part of the Vinnie’s family. Chef Tom and our excellent kitchen crew are hard at work to bring you featured dishes that proudly represent the best of the season. To start, we have brought back one of your favorites, Smoked Sunburst Trout Pâté with House-made Pickle Relish and Toasted Baguettes. If the nights have you chilled, consider warming up with our classic Tomato-Basil Bisque garnished with Garlic-herb Croutons and freshly grated Parmesan.
If you have yet to try Brussels Sprouts, now would be the time to try. We are offering Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon, perfect to accompany any meal.
From our friends at Locals Seafood we have freshly caught NC Sheepshead. Chef Tom with be serving this Pan-fried with Roasted Sunchokes, Brussels Sprouts Slaw and a Pickled Pepper Tartar Sauce.
Finally, our featured dessert this week is NC Fuji Apple Fritters with Cinnamon Ice Cream and a Hard Cider Caramel. Chef Tom is working on some new holiday desserts, so don’t miss out on this one while it’s still around.
