This cause is close to our hearts because it celebrates the memory of two special people that were a part of the Vinnie’s family. Please consider donating a toy this season in their memory, so that we can continue their legacy.

Chef Tom and our excellent kitchen crew are hard at work to bring you featured dishes that proudly represent the best of the season. We have brought back one of your favorites, Smoked Sunburst Trout “Dip” with House Pickle Relish and Toasted Baguettes.
If the nights have you chilled, consider warming up with our classic Tomato-Basil Bisque garnished with Jumbo Lump Crabmeat.
If you were not able to attend our recent wine dinner with Steve Reynolds, Chef Tom will be featuring some of those dishes throughout the holidays. Beginning tomorrow, we will have one of the crowd favorites-Moroccan Spiced Colorado Lamb served with Roasted Cauliflower, Fried Capers, Raisins and Lamb Jus.
Remember to order our Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon… it’s the perfect side dish to compliment any meal.
Finally, our featured dessert this week is NC Fuji Apple Fritters with Cinnamon Ice Cream and a Hard Cider Caramel. Chef Tom is working on some new holiday desserts, so don’t miss out on this one while it’s still around.
