Chef Tom and his gifted team have been working hard, planning to make 2023 a memorable year at Vinnie’s. We are excited to announce that we will host McCrorie Family Vineyards, better known as “Burly” from Napa Valley, on Thursday, October 19th. The price will be $150 per person, plus tax and gratuity. A menu with pairings will be available soon. Seating will be limited, so please be sure to reserve your seats. Don’t miss out on this special event!

It may not feel like it, but Autumn is here, a season most of us look forward to after a long hot Summer. As we patiently await the cooler weather that will soon be upon us, Chef Tom will be working hard to bring you the freshest local ingredients NC has to offer. Join us this week as we transition into Fall and enjoy a delicious meal at Vinnie’s.

Back by popular demand this week, try our Green Bean Stir-fry, made with our Ginger-Soy Sauce, Garlic, Red Peppers, and Toasted Sesame Seeds. It’s the perfect addition to any meal.

But wait, there’s more! Locals Seafood provides us with fresh Seafood daily, including Oysters, Scallops, Shrimp, and a variety of Fish. This week, we will have Sauteed NC Vermillion Snapper served over an Herbed Risotto with Lemon Beurre Blanc and Pea Shoots. We will also have Pan-Fried NC Flounder and Outer Banks Scallops with Bacon Jam. You can always enjoy a Cold-water Maine Lobster Tail as an entrée or add it to your favorite steak to make it a Surf and turf. Finally, we have a limited supply of Certified Angus Beef Cowboy Steaks and New Zealand Rack of Lamb.
