For Starters, begin your meal with our Classic Escargot… sautéed in Butter, White Wine, Garlic and Lemon.
This week’s Blue Sky Farms Salad is composed of Mixed Baby Lettuces, Lady Edison Country Ham, Shaved Egg Yolks, Asparagus Tips, Radishes, and Chef Tom’s famous Green Goddess Dressing!

If you have yet to try our new Duck Fat Mushrooms, now is the time to try…Wild Mushrooms sauteed in duck fat and finished with shallots and fresh thyme. These are sure to be a wonderful addition to any entree.

This week from our friends at Locals Seafood, we will have Chef Tom’s take on Shrimp and Grits…Grilled NC Shrimp with a Crispy Polenta Cake, Sauteed Spinach, Roasted Tomato Jus and Fried Leeks. You can also enjoy a Cold-water Maine Lobster Tail as an entrée or you can always add it to your favorite steak to make it a Surf & Turf. We also have a limited supply of fresh NC Flounder, Outer Banks Scallops and New Zealand Lamb Chops. With so many options to choose from you’ll have to dine with us more than once this week!

Lastly, we hope you save room for dessert… Southern Style Poundcake with homemade Lemon Buttermilk Ice Cream, Candied Lemon Zest, Pecan Brittle, and finished with Earl Grey Syrup.
