Start your meal with one of your winter favorites, Chef Tom’s famous Baked NC Oysters. Topped with Bacon, Collards, and Brie it’s a perfect way to start your meal. We also have Vinnie’s classic Escargot available this week!

NC Baked Oysters

Headlining our feature list this week is our heavenly NC Baked Oysters loaded up with Bacon, Collards, and Brie and baked until golden-brown delicious.

Next, savor a hot, delicious bowl of our Beef Burgundy Soup made with Certified Angus Beef Prime Rib and topped with a crispy Carolina Gold Rice Fritter.

It wouldn’t be the winter in the south without our tasty Collard Greens…this southern classic is sure to be a wonderful addition to any entree. You can also enjoy our Duck Fat Mushrooms as a supplement to your meal…Wild Mushrooms sautéed in Duck Fat, finished with Shallots and fresh Thyme.

But wait, there’s more! Fresh off the boats from our friends at Locals Seafood, we have NC Speckled Trout sauteed with Brown Butter, Toasted Pecans and served over our homemade mashed potatoes. You can enjoy a Cold-water Maine Lobster Tail as an entrée, or you can always add it to your favorite steak to make it a Surf & Turf. We will also have New Zealand Lamb Chops. With so many options to choose from, you’ll have to dine with us more than once this week!

Finally, you must try our NEW dessert… Baked Alaska with a Triple Chocolate Brownie base, Raspberry Ice Cream, Toasted Italian Meringue, Raspberry-Chambord Sauce, and Fresh Raspberries. You will definitely want to save room for this one!
