We hope you are getting ready for the holidays and are as excited as we are to spend Thanksgiving with friends and family. On that note, we will be CLOSED this Thursday, Nov. 24th, for Thanksgiving, but we will be open regular hours the rest of the week. This week at Vinnie’s, we are thankful for fresh local ingredients. If the nights have got you chilled, warm up with our Beef Burgundy Soup made with Certified Angus Beef Prime Rib and topped with a crispy Carolina Gold Rice Fritter.

Chef Tom has brought back one of your favorites, Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Bacon! You can also enjoy Mashed Sweet Potatoes topped with Whipped Butter and Spiced Brown Sugar. The perfect additions to any meal.

But wait, there’s more! As seen in Midtown Magazine, Chef Tom’s NC Bison Flank Steak with Horseradish Mashed Potatoes, Pea Shoots and Bordelaise Sauce. Also, from our friends at Locals Seafood, we will have Grilled NC Swordfish served over Butternut Squash Risotto, plated with Ginger Beurre Blanc, and Topped with Pea Shoots. You can always enjoy a Cold-water Maine Lobster Tail as an entrée or add it to your favorite steak to make it a Surf & Turf.

With apple season in full swing, Chef Tom has brought back our NC Fuji Apple Fritters served with house-made Cinnamon Ice Cream and finished with a Hard Cider Caramel Sauce. You’ll want to try these before they’re all gone!
