What’s New At Vinnie’s…

It’s hard to believe that June is upon us already. This week Chef Tom has some wonderful summertime fare to kick off the season. With the weather looking so nice, this would be a great week to slow things down, relax on our covered patio and enjoy a perfectly prepared meal as we get ready for Summer.

We have a NEW dessert feature! Try our homemade Mint Julep Ice Cream with freshly baked Double Chocolate Cookies.

This week’s Blue Sky Farms Salad features a variety of Mixed Baby Greens tossed in a White Balsamic Vinaigrette and topped with fresh local Strawberries, Toasted Cornbread Crumble, House-made Farm Cheese, Thinly Sliced Radish, and topped with Blackened NC Shrimp.

But wait, there’s more! Locals Seafood provides us with fresh seafood daily, including Oysters, Scallops, Shrimp, and a variety of Fish. This week we will have Grilled NC Cobia served over fresh local Green Beans, House-made Italian Sausage, and Roasted Eggplant finished with a Citrus Beurre Blanc. We also have Pan-Fried NC Flounder and Outer Banks Scallops with Bacon Jam. You can always enjoy a Cold-water Maine Lobster Tail as an entrée or add it to your favorite steak to make it a Surf & Turf. Finally, we have a limited supply of Certified Angus Beef Cowboy Steaks and Bone-In Heritage Farms Pork Chops.
