Local Spring produce and NC seafood is in abundance this time of year and Chef Tom is getting creative in the kitchen.
This week’s Blue Sky Farms Salad is a Mix of Baby Lettuces, Lady Edison Country Ham, Shaved Egg Yolks, Asparagus Tips, Radishes, and Chef Tom’s famous Green Goddess Dressing!

From our friends at Locals Seafood, we’ll have Live NC Softshell Crabs. These tasty morsels will be served simply, Beer-Battered and Fried Crispy with a Charred Ramp Tartar Sauce.

If you have yet to try our NEW Duck Fat Mushrooms, now is the time…Wild Mushrooms sautéed in duck fat, finished with shallots and fresh thyme. These are sure to be a wonderful addition to any entrée.

But wait, there’s more! We have Chef Tom’s take on Shrimp and Grits…Grilled NC Shrimp over a Crispy Polenta Cake, Sautéed Spinach, Roasted Tomato Jus and Fried Leeks. You can also enjoy a Cold-water Maine Lobster Tail as an entrée or you can always add it to your favorite steak to make it a Surf & Turf. We also have a limited supply of fresh NC Flounder, Outer Banks Scallops and New Zealand Lamb Chops. With so many options to choose from you’ll have to dine with us more than once this week!

Lastly, we hope you save room for dessert… Southern Style Pound Cake with homemade Lemon Buttermilk Ice Cream, Candied Lemon Zest, Pecan Brittle, and finished with Earl Grey Syrup.
