In August, we find that the Summer heat lingers as we anticipate the cooler weather that Autumn brings. Chef Tom is also starting to see early fall produce popping up at the local farmers’ markets. Don’t worry though, you still have some time to celebrate the last bites of summer, and we’d love for you to join us.

Enjoy Peaches while you can and try our Blue Sky Farms Salad… Mixed Baby Lettuces dressed with White Balsamic Vinaigrette embellished with Grilled NC Peaches, House-made Farm Cheese, Pickled Shishito Peppers, Cherry Tomatoes, and Toasted Cornbread Crumble for a little crunch.

We love being able to get fresh, local vegetables from our NC farmers. Enjoy Fried NC Okra and Southern-Style Butterbeans, just like Grandma used to make. These sides perfectly complement any of your favorite menu items.

Locals Seafood supplies us daily with fresh catches, including oysters, scallops, shrimp, and a diverse selection of fish. Enjoy Grilled NC Triggerfish served with Summer Corn Salsa, Pecan Romesco Sauce and a Crispy Polenta Cake. For an extra treat, enjoy a cold-water Maine lobster tail as an entrée or add it to your favorite steak for a Surf and Turf. Additionally, we offer Certified Angus Beef Flat Iron Steaks, and a limited supply of Bone-In Heritage Farms Pork Chops and New Zealand Lamb Chops.
